Lets get curious...

Now that you're willing to look at your drinking with curiosity, let’s dig a little deeper.

Ask yourself:What are you feeling when you take that first drink?

How does it really feel?

When you take that first sip, your brain gets a quick, powerful hit of dopamine. It confirms, "Yes, this was a good choice!"

For about 20 minutes, you may feel a light buzz, a sense of numbness, maybe even a rush of relief.

But what about after that?

Over the next two to three hours, your body continues to process the alcohol.

You might start to feel restless, anxious, or more emotional.

You might say something you didn't mean or behave in a way that doesn’t feel like you.

You might start chasing that original feeling with more drinks—only to feel worse.

Getting curious isn’t about judgment. It’s about awareness. What is alcohol truly giving you?And what is it quietly taking away?
