1. AsleepYou’re moving through life on autopilot—unaware of the patterns, habits, or beliefs that may be holding you back. Drinking may feel automatic, “normal,” or necessary.
2. AwareYou start to notice. You begin asking questions. Why am I drinking? What is it actually doing for me? Awareness is the spark that lights the path forward.
3. AwakeYou see things clearly. You recognize your power. You begin to understand your choices and how they align—or don’t—with your values. The fog starts to lift.
4. AliveYou’re living fully, consciously, and intentionally. Free from old patterns, connected to your inner flame, and aligned with the life you truly want to live.

Now that we’re aware our drinking may not be helping us the way we once believed, we can begin to get curious.
From this place of awareness, we’re no longer stuck—we’re empowered to explore. We can take an honest look at our deeper goals, our ALIVE vision, and ask:Am I living in alignment with the life I truly want?
Awareness is the first step. Curiosity is the key. From there, transformation begins. 🌱
